These terms govern the use of the website drairinagonzalez.com, owned by Irina Nathalia González Sáez. By browsing the site or using its contact channels, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version of these terms prevails.
1. Purpose of the website
The website aims to provide information about the office’s services, offer educational content about otolaryngology and sleep medicine, and make it easier to get in touch to book an appointment. Medical content is also governed by the medical disclaimer, and the processing of personal data by the privacy notice, both of which form part of these terms.
2. Appointments and communications
Requests sent by WhatsApp, phone, email or the website form are requests for contact; an appointment is confirmed only when the office confirms it through the channel you indicated. Office hours, availability and the cost of the consultation are provided when booking and may change without notice. Consultations are conducted in Spanish. The contact channels are not means for emergencies.
3. Permitted use
You may view the content for your personal, non-commercial use. Without written authorization, you may not: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publish the content in other media; use the website or its forms to send mass, false or offensive messages or messages unrelated to their purpose; attempt to access restricted areas, breach its security or interfere with its operation; or collect other people’s data through the website.

We do not control those websites or their privacy or usage policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or operation.
